Why do you care if they think you are weak if you don’t internd to see them again. If anything, that makes you less likely to hurt them, if that is the internet Are you saying he should fear that a random human from a random location whom he believes he will never see again, may be starting rumors that he’s a weak human because he tried to politely let someone down?

Don’t get bitter, get better. Then laugh at them when they try to get your time later as the successes pile up

I agree with this. He could still stop bullets, they just gave her some powers. We can be downvoted together.

It's a mix of both IMO. The lack of quality buyers, aka, their orbiters, tend to raise expectations. However since they don't view those males as potential mates, it doesn't register as validation. There is as much a lack of quality men in the world as there is a lack of quality women.

Feeling guilty for success is a real thing. It was and is one of my hardest obstacles to get past. I like this write up. I'm not sure I agree with all of it, and it might not exactly match my own world views, but I think it's a good perspective to look at and consider. People can be too hard on themselves, and often in unproductive ways like guilt.

https://www.forums.red/i/ and give it time. they have been working on it for quite a while, and its seems to be improving, but this isn't a corporate run place with limitless staff and hours. Some patience will be required for a bit i think.

Confront it. Let it pass over you and through you, and when it is gone, turn to see its path. Where that feeling was, only you remain. This may be the single best piece of advice for self improvement that exists. I will be quoting you in my internal dialogue when I see the next 'insurmountable' tasks

HYPOTHETICALLY though if an actual separate but equal policy were put in place it would be better than a situation wherein women were straight up favored. I disagree with this. As I do not feel that anything separate can or ever will be equal. Once things are separated they will evolve independently. In this case perhaps its maintenance budgets, or quality of driver. Though, the rest, I follow. Including calling me an ass. I was trying to get a point across. I appreciate the explanation of your …

This is no excuse for accepting a compromise. I am baffled that I have been down voted for pointing out that a slow decline in rights is exactly how you strip them away over time. We allow ourselves to lose x because it is less painful than losing x AND y. To my mind, this is unacceptable and a clear path to losing x and y both, just more slowly and with mass acceptance. My reasoning for this is that if we accept a loss of x instead of losing x and y, we become conditioned to not having x. Later…

This type of thinking is exactly how rights are lost. Slowly.

If she brought up sex, she was thinking about it. If I hear, I'm not sleeping with you tonight, I immediately know that she is thinking about having sex. I'm making wild assumptions here, but if it's all small talk with you two now, it's likely because she wanted sex that night, and feels awkward and rejected because she didn't have it.

Tell her you don't believe her, or say 'I don't really care what you think of me any more.' She'll get upset, and you should just ignore. She'll come back next time inviting you out if she is a potential plate. And if she doesn't, why do you actually care?

You can't be hated until you are noticed. And what's more, you piss more people off when you have your own opinions instead of just fitting into what they want. I personally view every person that has an issue with me as a proof that I am changing into something that is not just an unseen wallflower. Whenever someone tries to knock you down because they cannot keep up, work twice as hard to show them that there are no limits to what you can achieve. Then show them how to get there too.

No one disliked me until I started bettering myself. I'm down 50 lbs, better dressed, lifting more, and being more confident. No one has ever hated me so much. You have to BE somebody to be hated. And anyone that can't keep up with your changes will either be proud, or be jealous and spiteful. Here's something to think about. If you are still worrying about what others think of you, then you are not leading the pack yet.

I second this. Honestly, it sounds like she is window shopping and considering how she can trade up.
