I agree, but that's just not what I see in this video, after watching it at least 20 times. I couldn't see whether she had any jewelry on that hand, but regardless there's no reason the cop should risk disfigurement or blindness because of her. Yeah it would be easier if she were hog-tied, or if she walked out peacefully on her own, but she was a quickly escalating violent threat to the spectators around her, it was necessary to remove her immediately, with or without her cooperation.

In this case, you got very lucky. Maybe she wasn't that fertile, but many are, and I'd venture to say that many folks are not comfortable with that level of risk. Also consider that a woman like that has a higher chance of being infected with an STD. A woman who is more discriminating (not that many are necessarily) is less likely to be carrying one. So, wrap it up every time. If she resists, her motives are suspect.
