I'm turning 26 in a month, I have two years left in the military. I still don't really know what I want to do when I get out. I have my BA in history, I can go get a MA in Education + teacher's credential; or I can buckle down for a few years and get a BS in Civil Engineering. I can also apply to my local city government and work there (my mom works at HR). I'm just not sure what I would be good at. Anyone have advice for my situation?

Have any advice for a guy in the military with a BA in history? I get out in 2 yrs and want to study engineering. I got a 3.25 GPA with my BA but I never really tried. Your comment made me doubt if I'm smart enough to do a STEM degree. I know you said study what you enjoy but history doesn't pay as much. Thanks for your contribution!
