No they actually don’t. The activists claiming to speak for all transgendered hate him. Most transgenders don’t have any problems with him or his points. The few who are vocal are batshitcrazy anyway. Have you seen the YouTube videos where they try to debate him? I agree with you on some. Don't assume to know what I fight for and what not. It's great that it all worked out for you. There are still lots of people who don't get it right just because some people have successes. That's more luck than actual knowledge of what's going on. So, the first two studies seem to support your claim. The third link, the suicide study ended it's summary with the sentence that more research is still needed. I found the sample size to be on the small side in the first round studies for conclusive evidence but since transgender are such a small minority that couldn't be helped. I guess I will adapt my perspective on the treatment part. Though I remain unconvinced that this is the way to go since we're still in the dark about most of the neuro…

You do realize that nobody actually knows what is happening to you, right? I fully support whatever you feel is legit but to call it what we do and to treat it the way we do now is insane. Well, it achieved what is was created for. Women have equal rights according to the law and it is illegal to discriminate on gender. Of course there are still some issues but it's not as bad as the third wave feminists make it out to be. They should rather focus on women's rights in countries like Afghanistan and Saudi Arabia.

Yeah that's of course weird, why would someone who looks like a man with a fucking dress on be ostracized? So the reasons for still high suicide rates after treatment is because changing ones gender is biologically impossible. Unless you change the DNA in every cell. My point remains, hormone therapy is fucking insane. And so are the people who undergo it and expect a gender change.

They kept talking around each other from their respective backgrounds, one is a neuroscientist and the other a clinical psychologist. One deals with truth way differently than the other. It would have, honestly, surprised me if they came together on this without one or the other making major concessions to the other which would defeat the purpose. This talk would have needed an arbiter who could enforce common ground and guide them to it.
