It's just like the term "Pro-life." It's complete bullshit. It's a common tactic to paint opposition in a negative light. "Oh you aren't part of the Pro-life movement, then you must be pro-death so you are a terrible person. I am part of the anti-rape movement and if you don't agree with everything I yell at you then you are pro-rape."

Is it me, or are modern feminists taking the Fox news route? Be loud, easily offended, and ignore the facts. 1 in 6? Where do you even get this number?! What if a man made a graphic about culling women because 1 in 4 men kill themselves because of mistreatment from women? (see I can make numbers up too)

Well, we found the dumbest reply on this thread. Congrats!

Nope. Has to do with national labor insurance. She received the same leave as a coworker. I ended up getting one day because of some wonky policy that weekends and holidays count against my paternity leave. My employer didn't break the law, but that doesn't make it right.

My heart goes out to you man. I took two extra days off, but those counted against my personal days. And I work for a self proclaimed "Christian" company. So called defender of family values or some bs.

I'm sad I only get one upvote to give. Its a failure in our society that men's roles are so disposable yet so highly criticized when we play the roles that are forced on us. I'd love to take a pay cut to spend two more hours a day with my son, but do you think my company would allow that? They would more likely just let me go when I'm just trying to be a good loving father.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
