16	The fucking bullshit that is the Justice System: read comments I generally do agree, it should be safe to assume that someone you meet in a bar is 21+, and if they're not, you shouldn't be held responsible for not carding them before engaging in consensual sex. However, 1) the claim made against him is that the sex was non-consensual, and 2) he was actually also underage in a bar (he got in with a fake ID). -5	The fucking bullshit that is the Justice System: read comments I mean, a forensic psychologist corroborated that she appeared genuinely emotionally distressed after the incident. She also said he held her down and kept her legs apart with his hands, and the sexual assault exam she got the day after showed bruising right where his hands would have been.
