I disagree with the 80/20 rule as a fundamental describer of the sm or smv of any person. While if you were to sample a standard population of males in their 20's you may find that ~20% are having one night stands with ~80% of women, it is more likely to state that 20% of males meet the smv of women in their 20% and thus women have no better economic option of getting laid, but still do not get with all of that top 20%. No you are wrong. That income range is where you just can barely afford to have a house in the metros where that is a realistic income.
