I love when this happens, they deserve every bit of misery they've created.

Banks don't give a shit about neighborhoods, they care about making money. If a black family is going to repay the loan, they will get the loan. Period. Redlining, as narrated by liberals, is a big fat lie.

I couldn't agree more with OP, this is happening all over and it is ridiculous that people are still denying it. Corporate America is one of the worst offenders, I constantly see ill-prepared "diversity" candidates being hired and also promoted. There is actual, illegal, discrimination going on in our faces and no one (save the few of us) appears to even have a problem with it. BTW, per the EEOC https://www1.eeoc.gov//laws/practices/index.cfm?renderforprint=1 Job Advertisements It is illegal for…

Great advice, and cooking is SO easy once you learn the basics.

Hey, someone has to pay for the mid day wine lunches that women everywhere seem to enjoy on a daily basis.

People are stupid and can't deal with reality. Inner cities have a much larger police presence, you're far more likely to run into a cop in the city versus suburbs. Most black drug users are in the city, it's ridiculously simple logic.

Yes, prior arrest history and demeanor also factor in

That comes down to where drugs are used. White kids are smoking pot in basements, black kids are smoking in the streets. Who has a better chance of getting busted?

You have to add crime rates to make a true assessment

People with power remain in power, the poor remain reliable dependent voters. Bleed everyone else dry, 'merica!

Personally, I take great pleasure in seeing post-wall women lose their minds after being total bitches to every guy for years. I live in a beach party town, so there are endless examples. The carousel is strong here. These girls have fucked everyone in town, still think that they deserve a 9 and go out drinking 4-5 nights a week. When they get really desperate they usually move across the country to start over.

5'8 here, always seen as shorter. Always. I am usually weighing in at 185-195 vascular and lean, so that may alter the perception as I likely appear pretty wide (for lack of a better term). I noticed a lot of girls not only have a horrible height perception, but that they also have no clue how tall they are or intentionally minimize their own height. I've seen clear 6+ chicks claiming that they are 5'8. I've always said that a "5'10" girl is usually 6'1

For all the trolls who still push the wage gap lie: http://www.slate.com/articles/double_x/doublex/2013/08/gender_pay_gap_the_familiar_line_that_women_make_77_cents_to_every_man_s.html http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/harvard-prof.-takes-down-gender-wage-gap-myth/article/2580405 http://www.wsj.com/articles/the-wage-gap-myth-that-wont-die-1443654408 https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/fact-checker/wp/2014/04/09/president-obamas-persistent-77-cent-claim-on-the-wage-gap-gets-a-new-pinocchio-rating…

There's no doubt about that. She's attractive enough where the only explanation for being single is that she's batshit crazy or unrealistically picky.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
