I don't consider myself a pretty handsome but just handsome lol and not by words of my mom or grandma, but of several girls that have told me and I just made the numbers. When I was 18 I was like you, what I did was read a lot of books (selfhelp and non fiction) (reddit wasn't at that age but it's a great place to start), changed my looks, hit the gym, got into hobbies (drawing, writing, movies). And then everything arranged itself, women had a real interest in me, I clicked with too many girls, others are not interested at all, but definetly they found something in me.
