| 2 | How do men release their emotions?Try journaling! I’m a woman, but I don’t feel comfortable sharing my emotions with many people. Journaling helps me so much! It’s like I’m my own therapist. You can even look up journaling prompts to help guide yourself through emotions. Just writing out how you feel and why is extremely cathartic. And of course there’s a human need for communal support, but at the end of the day, you’re the only one who can make yourself feel better.
