Assuming you've maxed out your physical attractiveness... next step, just approach approach approach. Try talking to random girls during the day, you dont have to hit on them, just for practice. Then go out and approach/have fun at night but stay OUTCOME INDEPENDENT, girls can smell desperation from a mile away. That will be your biggest sticking point I think.
