I did something similar with my ex how i originally got custody of my kids forced my ex to move to a whole new city. As it was she also couldn’t keep a job or residence. Drugs and her kidnapping didn’t help her case but getting custody of my girls as soon as I could was a step in the right direction.

Get her off your accounts my ex cleared out our joint accounts. Get new ones at different banks. You need to protect yourself as much as you can. You can’t be an effective father if you’re scared or worried about what your ex is doing. Idk your situation but I live here in Texas and was married about 7yrs and in the beginning my ex took everything! After 2 years of legal fighting I won custody of my 2 daughters and haven’t looked back. You have to remember who you’re fighting for your daughter.

I guess I missed something in your post but why doesn’t she want the kids? Most women want them from the get go and us guys have to fight tooth and nail to get them. Like others have said get a lawyer and get what you can from her cause of you were the bread winner she would be coming after you! Don’t sell your self short, just cause you make less now doesn’t mean you can’t go back to school and make way more! When I got divorced back in 2017 I was making 20-30k a year and my wife thought she wo…

Around 12-15k since I switched lawyers after my first swindling me out of 5k. I have full custody of my 2 daughters she only sees them the first weekend of every month 9-4 sat/sun. Supposed to pay me child support but hasn’t in 2 years still waiting on the AG to do an enforcement….

Way to go man! I won almost some custody of my kids a few years ago. My ex just sees the kids the first weekend of every month. She likes to threaten me with this and that if I don’t follow the orders to the letter but she forgets she’s not following the orders herself! Till she has the money to take me back to court I wont worry about it.

Don’t settle my ex tried a similar thing with me being abusive towards her and the kids. Get a good reputable female lawyer. Cost me 12k and 2 years but I have my kids. Also my it did help my ex was bat shit crazy and did kidnap the kids.

I’d recommend going to the gym and finding some group activities to do or join a club not a nightclub but a club that goes and does fun stuff to meet new people.

Honestly you sound like a big cry baby who probably hasn’t been in a real relationship. And the fact that you sat at home when you could have had a good time a wedding with hopefully a beautiful women who probably woulda went home with ya afterwards. But your to stick up and worried about a time you were supposed to meet up. It would have been different if you went and she didn’t….

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
