I'm going on 3 years with a hottie. I treat her like I would my best guy friend, cause she's my best gal friend. I call her bro-ett sometimes, she hates it, idc. Do you man. YOU are the prize.

Ok so define cringy? What do you think is cringe to women, and also, what do you think is attractive to women? These answers will change based on your age and what type of women you're after. But my guess is you're 25-35 yo and not looking for something too serious

Check the substance of your convo, my guy. It sounds like she's not interested in what's being said. In my experience, most guys are too clinical or formal in conversation. Loosen up, joke around, make fun of yourself. If the conversation sounds like an interview, where you're asking questions and she's giving straight answers, something is wrong. Try this; Next time you two are hanging out or whatever, look around your environment and find a random store, then make up a story on the spot about …

"hey how do I spell your name again?" Is the core. Fluff it up with: "I have a surprise for you" "dude I think I met one of your friends the other day" "no way, I saw you on tv!" Or something similar. Works every time

Honestly man, my thinking is that women prefer a man who; 1) knows what he's doing 2) is ready for whatever she is ready for; serious relationship, just "friends", something serious, etc. 3) ??? 4) Wife! Please let me know if I left anything out! :)

Random question sounds too vague imo. I'd go with something more direct, confident, and not too serious. Snap a story blueprints, ask for her # because you're planning a heist and need a getaway driver. Snap your pet, Tell her you showed (PET'S NAME) her story and he wants her digits. .02

You're playing it right; dividing attention equally is always a solid move. Some guys bee-line or pounce and talk to only women at a party. Their aroma of desperation is worse than off brand cologne. which loses the attraction when girl A sees me treating her friend the same way I interact with her. I need more info here but for sure we need to work on escalation. Try flirting with the future in conversation. Any more info you have would be cool too!

Nah man, idk what you're drinkin' but it ain't my kool-aid. just be normal, have a right frame without the complex. we're all people. be a man of value and don't put up with bullshit, partner!

ok so work aside, what made you feel as if you were over aggressive? what actions? you can let her know it's not ok that she cancelled while still enticing more... I'd suggest letting her know it's ok that she backed out, you understand xyz, and also she has to make it up to you and you'll wait for her response. then I'd go radio silent. stay the prize.

Hey man, if I may ask, how long has it been since your ex? how long were y'all dating for? it sounds like there was a bit (shitton) of emotional investment.

Yeah, now you're setting a tone and expectations for the interaction. I understanding setting an internal goal for yourself, or wanting a certain outcome... but in my experience you portray being the prize, not chasing the prize.

try the frame 'I'm here to make a new friend, and have a fun' . It's super obvious when a dude is prowling/pouncing only on women. talk to everyone, guys and gals!

how about just approaching people to make a new friend? I find it disheartening when approach is focused on women, the goal is to be more social. When you ONLY approach women, not only do you miss out on badass potential networking opps, but you look like you're on the prowl, or pouncing... thirsty! talk to everyone, man. be the social guy in the room.

gotta balance the work/life (school/life?) schedule, man. what are your hobbies? find people and groups who do the same. every semester most colleges have an open house for groups and stuff. Just make sure to escalate! http://thesocialman.com/ways-avoid-friend-zone/

It's all about your frame of mind, man. The most attractive feature on a man is his confidence, imo.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
