I think it’s pretty obvious that I got here by reading posts about the show. my comment said literally nothing about men. I was even replying to a woman, but because she validated your pity party she’s welcome here, right? what a joke

I find this take highly victimizing and disingenuous, given how much the show focuses on empathizing with Jamie (so much so that some people were even left questioning if he was actually guilty!). the show doesn’t open with showing us a boy being mean and cruel to girls, but with a boy being swatted in his own home and pissing himself from fear. the entire first episode is focused on how young and pathetic and not like a perpetrator he seems. then episode 2 shows us the chaotic school environmen…

A very small fraction of men are actually rapists, predators, or murders. A very small fraction of men commit harassment, or stalking, or assault of any kind. interesting how you can say that with your whole chest (after having asked exactly 0 women what their experience with stalking and harassment is) and no data to back it up. statistics for women experiencing sexual violence vary from 1 in 5 to 1 in 3, so it’s pretty damn delusional to pretend that “a very small fraction of men” are responsi…

are you trying to argue that men are victimized by women more than women by men? because that’s blatantly untrue. regarding the twox post, you can choose to be a coward and strictly worry about yourself and not help someone in clear distress right next to you, and in the same vein a woman can choose to want a partner who’d stand up. idk why your panties are in a bunch about it. but your interpretation of men’s violent behavior is laughably misguided. you think men will abstain from threatening o…

AC isn't sexist, but setting the standard office temperature at a value that's only comfortable to men is. I was on a business trip in the US in February, and man was I miserable. It didn't matter that I had a cardigan permanently on or that I was always clutching a cup of hot tea; the noise alone was unbearable. And you can't blame the dress code, this is IT, the dress code is t-shirts.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
