I think because I'm fucking instead of doing something more productive. Idk exactly. Wow. Yeah my parents basically shamed me for having needs and wants. I know it's a problem, I berate myself for being productive. I reluctantly go on nights out, but I cut gaming and stuff like that out. Which I know isn't exactly negative either, but it has planted deep mental roots.

Can you provide examples of what you pursued please!

Really love these and you've made something click for me. Thanks!

I appreciate the perspective brother!

In each situation it was when I was new to a group, went out drinking, and every time we went somewhere new people excitedly come up to me in that drunk hyped manner. Or when someone came into the bar/club I knew them more often than not. But I'm also a fairly busy person so these girls had no idea I existed but then they realise that it's them having missed out, I think.

I like this one. Thanks.

Yeah I get where it's coming from, it's just not something I've ever felt satisfied with my response to. I suppose because I'm a social guy or something similar makes them seem a little dumb in a playful way, thanks.
/r/askTRP19/05/19 12:51 AM

Right, but it can't account for specific circumstances. What if the social hit would be too great?

I suppose its relatively simple and straightforward, but I've only ever ghosted or soft nexted exes and this is unfamiliar territory. Suppose she'll be a now-and-again plate then!

You have sexual market value, and relationship market value. Fucking multiple men lowers relationship value. You don't LTR low relationship value women, in the same way you don't fuck low SMV women. Fucking many men, and jumping between dicks on a daily is the RMV version of being obese, sweaty and diseased with no seductive personality in a SMV context. You LTR high RMV girls and fuck high SMV girls. If a girl is brilliant with both and you're better than her, that's when you can consider marry…

I had this with my recently ended LTR, aside from we still fucked a lot. My advice to you is the following: 1) Buy gifts if you feel like it, rarely, but not because an event dictates you should. 2) Start setting up backup plans (plates) for if this goes south. If it doesn't, you've got dread game behind you. 3) Don't push for sex, don't let her know how you feel in this post, and just withdraw attention if she is acting inappropriately. 4) Get busy. Try to find things you care about more than h…

I appreciate the insight man. I'll make a gentle move and suggest the idea, but try go give off idgaf regardless of her response and stick to being friends for the most part. Thank you.
/r/askTRP15/05/19 08:57 PM

My apologies. We just never realised these value differences until recently, and they are a deal breaker for the both of us. She's moving in a few weeks and we both have exams - better to get it done with now so we can both focus on studying. She's moving back eventually (couple of months) and will be bouncing back and forth, so she's still in our shared social circles, but a relationship just stopped making sense in the context of it being long distance 1/3rd of the time. I had also grown compl…
/r/askTRP15/05/19 08:42 PM
1

We broke up because she is moving away soon so we'd be long-distance, and regardless to that we no longer saw a future together due to differing future ideals and personal values. So you're suggesting I make a move when she comes to see me after exams? We started out as fuck buddies, so our social circle definitely wouldn't be surprised at the very least.
/r/askTRP15/05/19 07:55 PM
1

What about when she comes to see me after exams? Just treat as a friend?
/r/askTRP15/05/19 06:51 PM
2

That's fair - I find if I drink then socialising is easy but I'd prefer not to. Save so much money, health and mental energy when not dealing with alcohol. And the guys/girls in that scene are generally low-quality friends and lovers.
/r/askTRP14/05/19 06:54 PM
1

Good point. I see friends 1-3 times a week depending on workload, but it's constantly playing catch-up with different friends. Do you have any suggestions for something regular I could set up?

Frame is just subjective reality. If you operate in a girls frame, then you operate under her reality. Ie; ask her when she's free, don't do something because her friends don't like it, etc. Operating under your reality would be telling her to do things based on your own opinion and schedule and goals. As for end goal, or mission, I just want to leave humanity and the earth in a better place than it would have been without me.

Me specifically or in general? For website creation, when I run out of local businesses I can either go online, freelance, use word of mouth or train some friends living elsewhere wanting side income and get them to get me clients and/or represent me for a cut of the profit. If you meant in general it depends on what you're doing and I can't give a clear-cut answer other than obvious things like advertise.
/r/askTRP14/05/19 06:15 PM
1

Take your job and do something local with the skill set. Or marry it with an interest. Example: Am a software engineer. Love business. So I build websites for local businesses. Example for interest: I also build sites, software and gadgets for science, mental health and education related things I'm passionate about. Trick 1) Find something you love, so you enjoy it. You'll have a positive reason to do it even if you feel negative. Trick 2) Make sure it benefits you, friends, your family, your lo…

If she brings it up, literally just framing it as "We've both had shit to do" or whatever is the best way to dismiss it?
/r/askTRP09/05/19 08:13 PM
1

I get what you're saying, but it would look like I held onto it and didn't bring it up earlier for no reason. Am I wrong?
/r/askTRP09/05/19 08:12 PM
1

I appreciate what you're saying - I apologise for not being clearer. What I'm meaning to ask is when you have that half an hour call and she vents, how do you respond during it?

Be healthy so your biological functions can provide you with proper feedback. Then pursue goals that help you and those around you in a way that is good now, and will be good in the future. Measure your progress on those goals. The observation of progress towards goals that are meaningful is what brings us that sense of purpose. Then do it as often as you can.
/r/askTRP20/04/19 07:17 AM

Very true. If there's one thing TRP teaches that I struggle to grasp, it's that we generally already know all of this.
/r/askTRP17/04/19 06:35 PM

Yeah we snapped this morning while she was more affectionate but the location didn't update. It turned back on a couple hours later.

Very true. May have overreacted. Thanks man.

I haven't, but that's partially a function of my lifestyle. I work a lot. But I have 2 ex plates eager to jump back into something and one prospect which I feel is bordering on enough. Chore instead of fun - love it. Thank you.
/r/askTRP17/04/19 04:43 PM
1

That's the point. Your mission is what you choose to get involved in. Be it a $150M business, becoming a star baseball player, travelling the world, or helping your parents retire. Have something greater than your hedonistic short term desires to focus on, stay busy and get involved.
/r/askTRP17/04/19 04:21 PM
1

You're right, but I'm not certain she actually did anything. Besides, I have my own personal morals that I would betray should I cheat, regardless of the situation with my LTR. Doesn't mean I can't set up backup options for afterwards.
/r/askTRP17/04/19 04:19 PM
1

Ah right I get you now, yeah, thanks for spelling it out for me. Going out tonight with an ex plate that I dropped for the LTR. She's excited. Won't cross any lines but might help with abundance.
/r/askTRP17/04/19 02:45 PM
1

She already does that, but I thought that was more general female insecurity and dread was more of a rational conclusion?
/r/askTRP17/04/19 02:43 PM
1

I meant with me checking her location.
/r/askTRP17/04/19 01:25 PM
1

Very helpful stuff man thanks a lot. I'm really appreciating the perspective, it's easy to jump to conclusions. Ima stay with her for now.
/r/askTRP17/04/19 12:54 PM
1

That's a fair point. Need to work on that insecurity. Thank you.
/r/askTRP17/04/19 12:48 PM
1

Not quite sure what that means. Noticing behaviour changes and preparing for predicted outcomes is being in her frame? So it'd be better to pretend I didn't notice and be unprepared?
/r/askTRP17/04/19 12:48 PM
1

I'll get some reading done tonight after work. "Fully operate in her frame." - Genuine question, what gave it away?
/r/askTRP17/04/19 10:14 AM

Permanently or what? Until evidence is found one way or the other?

I presume that sex ability is based on technique, size, physical stamina/strength and experience. I have the size, somewhat decent technique, rest is average. I'd say it was even better with our pair bonding enhancing the experience but obviously that goes out the window if she's fucking other dudes.
/r/askTRP17/04/19 09:09 AM
1

Appreciate the insight man. I'm going to apply dread, focus on building value, detach a bit and just wait till she's back from being away and see how she is in person. Cheers.
/r/askTRP17/04/19 08:20 AM
1

I appreciate the optimism but I'm probably only somewhat above average in bedroom performance.
/r/askTRP17/04/19 08:08 AM
1

I normally don't though, so something has changed in our dynamic from her mind, surely?
/r/askTRP17/04/19 08:06 AM

We're seeing each other tomorrow night/tuesday morning. I suppose you're right, still not sure how to respond though.
/r/askTRP07/04/19 02:07 PM

With the LTR being fresh, leaving has Social and family implications. I suppose I'm not mentally prepared to leave for a while. Thank you.
/r/askTRP27/03/19 06:21 AM

Insecurity for sure. Thanks a lot man. Cleared my mind a bit.

That's a nice frame of mind that helped me shift to a more stable way of thinking. Thank you.

Thanks man, I'll keep that in mind.

Since we're already in an exclusive LTR, she has my commitment. How do I make it seem like the prize if she already has it? Dread?
/r/askTRP26/03/19 09:24 AM

I have things to do and get busy, it's the half hour or so before sleeping and when I'm doing my morning routine that it hits me most. I suppose I need to take the relationship off a pedestal and redirect my attention? Thank you.
/r/askTRP26/03/19 09:23 AM
1

You're right and I'm going to try to apply this best I can. Thank you.
/r/askTRP26/03/19 09:22 AM

I appreciate the response. I suppose the answer is oneitis? I feel like she's different to the others but it's hard to know what's clouded by subjective judgement with these things.
/r/askTRP26/03/19 09:21 AM

You could easily argue against never being consumerist though. Why save a ton of money just so when you die it gets given to someone else? You should probably spend some yourself.
/r/askTRP05/03/19 09:18 AM
1

Cultivating that side of yourself, perhaps in a manner that would be more like a warrior in a garden as opposed to a dickhead.

I'm at a crossroads. I can't tell if TRP is as fulfilling as the alternatives. That description was more a reflection of myself. I have become a toxic person, at my own fault, because of TRP. I'd still appreciate the red pill perspective while I make up my mind.

Your last three lines spoke to me deeply. I've improved a lot and my game is solid aside from dipping back to being too nice by being afraid of making people feel negative. Your perspective on those last few lines opened my eyes. Are there any books, articles, posts or the like that you could recommend for further reading? Or any expansion on this way of thinking. I'd like to transform how I act with people.

Keep going to gym. Eat at a surplus. Sleep properly. You wanna cultivate a IDGAF attitude? Get public transport and go somewhere you'll never have to go again. Then set ridiculous goals designed to make you anxious as fuck. Lay down in a coffee shop for an entire minute then walk back out without saying anything. Walk down a street singing a song as loud as you can until you reach the other end. Buy something with the sole purpose of returning it for a really silly reason (of course, pick someth…

I was sat with my best friend and a mutual female friend of ours. He is a good looking lad, has a lot going for him, just lacks game/confidence. I used it as an opportunity to spread RP truths, and the girl backed up every single one of them, even if she was reluctant or it wasn't conventional. The only one she disagreed with was "don't be yourself" - but she's also a unicorn due to inexperience.
/r/askTRP13/01/19 03:13 PM

I've had both what you have, and the opposite. Let me explain. I've always been straight, but I never really "got it" like most do. Having casual sex made me more attracted to women, as did going to the gym. So I somewhat experienced what you did. Paradoxically, drinking makes me a little more attracted to women and it makes me bisexual. We really are just our neurochemistry.

Yeah everyone likes attention and wants to talk to people. As long as you're not repulsive it's enough to say anything that isn't so outrageous it'll get you locked up lol.

You have to think about things from other people's perspective. How does a girl know you have high social value? By your confidence, your idgaf attitude, who you hang with and how you respond in conversation. That's all what she has to perceive. You can do things that generally increases SMV like lifting. But to any individual, your SMV is only what they think it to be. Another example is preselection. Bring a girl with you on a night out that is into you and act casual. Other girls perceive you…

Go home. If you're really as ugly as you say and genuinely can't see tonight working out stop wasting your time. Make a plan. Small steps. Measurable goals. I'll do the first one for you: Go to gym 3x a week at 6pm mon-wed-fri doing compound movements until you can Squat double your bodyweight. Make a few more. Eating, career, Clothes. Get your shit in order. Value your time and yourself. Stop wasting time in clubs if you get nothing but upset from it.
/r/askTRP05/01/19 06:41 PM
1

Two ways to do it: Talk to everyone. Make small talk when you buy something. Compliment someone's hat or dog. Just keep talking in public, not specifically women. Actually, practice a bit with women you don't find attractive, if only to practice. Or do what I did because I was a pussy and go drinking with mates and talk to women there, learn its not so bad, then gradually do it in person.
/r/askTRP05/01/19 06:35 PM

SMV is fluid and contextual, lol. You're lower smv when you're fucked up after a nigh out compared to when you shine a suit and sort your facial hair out for a high class meal.
/r/askTRP05/01/19 06:26 PM
1

Let me tell you one simple trick that gets you girls very often. Chad's HATE me. No really. Increase your SMV so you're a 8.5-10, and then go drinking with your buddies and aim for 3's.

His value. What do you offer? A physique signals strength and protection and food. A social life signals social status and standing, access to their skills and resources, connection to higher value people. A fun life shows that you have things under control so much that you can have a laugh instead of trying to survive. Having money means you can buy shit. Having game is basically imitating idgaf and abundance, which if you have then it proves you are high value through your experience and if yo…
