It's good that you're finding the balance between pushing your comfort zone, while keeping your frame and remaining true to your natural personality

I can definitely see this being more effective during the day when the energy is low and the pace is slow

What made you pick that book above some of the other more recommended books in the sub?

Wow I didn't really think about it like that. The context and appearance of the author does play a role in this. The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck is still imo a healthy mental model to follow.

Thanks for clarifying, and the resources. I'm still not familiar with all the pills and theories. I'm coming from a seddit background and while I read and understand a fair amount of what is discussed here, I'm still trying to implement what is taught here while remaining authentic to myself, whatever that means in this context.

Understanding women. Controlling the frame. Abundance mentality. Don't show weakness. This is what TRP is about, and from your post, it seems you're on the right track. How does "Don't show weakness" work with Mark Manson's idea of "being vulnerable". From my understanding, isn't being vulnerable simply owning your 'weakness'?

Make friends. Stop going to class. Get their notes. Ace the course. Repeat every semester.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
