0	Small rant about working conditions The bureaucrats might care most about the minorities getting fired because of over all affirmative action statistics.. but I don't think that's the case in lower management. To be honest, if I was fired (as a woman) versus one of my white guy colleagues, the people around would miss him more. Because they're also white guys. As a female who recent entered the engineering world after getting my degree, I've been hyper aware of how much gender really does affect the daily life of the engineering world.
