Hormones are everything. How old are you? You might have low T. Go to an endocrinologist and they’ll do a full work up. I’m 32 I struggled with the same. Went to an endo and found I have low T, high estrogen, high rT3 (thyroid) and B12 deficient.

I feel this so much. That phrase is super powerful. I’ve been in similar experiences where it’s not the action it’s the double standard that’s annoying. Now I know how to respond.

I agree here. It’s hard to get the whole context virtually. But you made her problems, your problems. Lost site of your mission and where you’re going. You elevated her to a position that shouldn’t be. There were most likely a load of shit tests throughout all of this. And you failed. Now you have to own it and course correct.

This. This right here. I’m 31, raised in typical American Christian house hold. Been married for 9 years and found TRP 3 years ago. It’s taken time to come to grips but realizing I gave it all up for what? I’m divorcing her now. Time to focus on me. This post and these comments give me such hope.
