Bad sign? Sign of what do you mean exactly? If it bothers you so much dont make her your girlfriend. What do you want us to tell you... "she has a photo of herself break up with her blah blah blah" I think it would be a bit of a leap to say she's not good LTR material because of a phone background. About being spoiled, as long as you let her know through your actions thats not gonna work with you.. doesnt seem like a big issue.
