1	How did you beat your Approach Anxiety? it's really insightful. It does make sense. Whenever I talk to girls without any intention of getting laid or desire of being liked by her I don't feel anxious. I also noticed that the real reason for my awkwardness and nervousness was trying too hard, seeking validation and going against my nature. 2	My Red Pill journey so far. From absolute beta to machiavellian psychopath: mountain of regrets and light in the tunnel. I had a similar experience. She had severe depression, suicidal thoughts and she used to cut herself sometimes. I was helping her with her depression; she ended up cheating on me.
