That's fine too. As long as people aren't trying to make it a gender thing.

https://www.reddit.com/r/MensRights/comments/6lgkic/huge_music_festival_bans_all_men_because_of/?st=J4SOSCCS&sh=5633967f This posts links to an article about a music festival that chose to punish all men by banning them, just for the actions of a few of them. This is incredibly sexist and hypocritical and would never have been condoned if they chose to ban all black people just because an attendee who happened to black was violent. However, some of the replies are just as sexist. A few of the co…

Easy, if a guy really wanted to attend it, he could just say that he identifies as a woman and they would probably let him (/her) in.

Yup, that is just blatantly sexist and promoting of regressive gender roles. I think both MRAs and feminists can agree.

They should have phrased it as, "Whoever earns more should have to pay more" instead of generalizing it to men and women. Implying that men are always the component of the couple that earns more is sexist and not always true.

Yeah, it's hard for gender discrimination to exist these days for that exact reason. It's like "The Sneetches" by Dr. Seuss.

Oh shut up you could not have described that in a more condescending and heartless way. Ok, maybe the way I said it came off as somewhat aggressive and condescending condescending, but don't get me wrong, I do sympathize with virgins (am one myself) and loneliness. Its just that I'm more inclined to respect subreddits like r/foreveralone , because I feel like they have a more reasonable world view. Why are you even posting here? Probably the same reason as you. I care about the issues being disc…

I never said we shouldn't take their issues and struggles seriously, I just said that some of the world views on that subreddit are a little far fetched. That's why I sympathize more with subreddits like r/foreveralone , which is basically the same thing, just less misanthropic.

Yeah, you do have a point, but I don't think that makes it society's fault either. Also, I'm pretty sure they don't count hookers.

r/incels is a subreddit for delusional virgins, who are seemingly incapable of finding any fault in themselves for being in their situation, so they blame it on society instead.

They rarely sacrifice their careers for raising families. Ok, no one is forcing anyone to have kids and/or take off from work. It's entirely your own choice, so you can't complain about it like it's imposed upon you.

This is the equivalent of banning meat from a restaurant to accommodate potential vegan customers instead of just adding a vegan section to the menu.
