"Walking" while blackRight because opening your trunk would be searching your property. If they tell you to get out, stand over there, sit on the curb, etc. You are required to. This does not change between jurisdictions. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 03/11/15 09:45 PM

"Walking" while blackDriving is different because every traffic stop is a detention. You are legally obligated to follow their commands in a traffic stop. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 03/11/15 08:54 PM

Girl won't leave classroom when asked by the teacher, then resists arrest. The only point I was making was that crime is not always a result of poverty. This was in Minnesota where the cost of living is relatively low. | /r/PussyPassDenied | 27/10/15 09:24 PM
Girl won't leave classroom when asked by the teacher, then resists arrest.Ehh I lived in a VERY wealthy city and a kid whose dad makes easily over a quarter of a million a year shot a friend of mine over some weed. *Whose not who's | /r/PussyPassDenied | 27/10/15 08:55 PM
Women is caught trying to accuse police officer of sexual assaultHow many times does this need to be explained before you understand it? Paid administrative leave is not intended to be a punishment. It is a way to get the person to not have police authority while they investigate. That way if they are guilty of whatever they're being investigated for they won't do more harm during the investigation and on the flip side they won't be punished if they are innocent. You keyboard warriors are really getting redundant. e: leave not lead | /r/PussyPassDenied | 29/04/15 09:44 PM
