Totally agree. My friend is suffering with direction, deciding what he wants to be, etc, etc to the fullest extent. And it all boils down to that one elementary principle, you have to not care at all about what other people think. He has actually mentioned multiple times that he worries about what other people think, goes out of his way to wear what people might like or is popular, total wreck.

I've been lifting for about 2 months now, best thing I ever did. I played sports my whole adolescence but never spent time in the gym and it's necessary now. 5 days a week, the other two I maintain core exercise, cardio, and push/pull ups. Increased sex drive, better motivation, better health, STRONGER, more attractive, what the fuck else do you need to be convinced. Get off your ass and get in the gym.
