I agree. But that's not what this is about. This is about stacking a wall of arbitrary Numbers against anyone who reports a hate crime that is waiting to just come crash down on the next person to report one, even if they are legitimate... People who make sites like that aren't interested in the truth, they're interested in silencing opposition by suggesting hate crime reports are likely faked.
