You might feel like putting on a show because you're not used to your public speaking voice when having a conversation. The key is to actually not have different voices. Your strong and clear voice should be the default. Make sure you're mindful everytime and speak with a strong and clear voice, so when your weak voice comes out you're mindful enough to bring it back to the strong voice. Remember, there should only be one voice. The voice of a man.

You're not wrong, but one thing: Inner game is not everything, but without Inner Game, the game becomes nothing.

Little tip, try meditation. I've been meditating for the past 2-3 years and it has made me more mindful and present at the moment. I'm also more calm and composed in making decisions on the spot, and really, being mindful of the present moment is essential to mastering the art. Give it a try.

There's a theme here of "Well, I wasn't sure, so I went ahead and tried it and it worked out!". Which is awesome and a real key to success, but I think for anyone reading (Or if you wanted to show this to someone) it's important to note that for every "Hooray! Dumb luck!" post on here, there are probably a dozen "I sent an e-mail and never heard back" stories. The key is just to look for an opportunity and never turn one down. Be persistent.

This thread is good to refreshen your minds on lifestyle as a whole. However, it goes back to you yourself on what you want to do. What your passion is. Travel? MMA? Ballet? Threading the amazon? Go for it.

First, you need to know what your intentions are. Are you looking for something long-term? There is nothing wrong with settling with one girlfriend if that is what you want.

Yes I was a little confused when the guy on the left danced in the rain rather than the guy on the right, however, just like a wheel that keeps spinning around, you're not always at the top. Even the best pickup artists have bad days, and even the worst AFCs have lucky days.

The problem with these techniques you're looking for is that they may not be congruent with who you are inside. Mystery might use peacocking as a technique for his game, and it works, but it might not work for you. It works for him because it is congruent with who he is. You don't need a pickup line to approach a woman. You can just go up to her and say, "Hi, what's your name?" with strong inner game (comprised of good body language, tonality, smile, outcome-independency, good inner vibe etc.) a…

The most important is to work on your confidence and Inner Game until the point where you don't have to look at a 'Cheat Sheet'. But you know what? All of us freeze at some point. Everyone gets that 1 text where they think, "How the hell do I respond to this?" Yes. Bestof'd my man!

Exactly my sentiments. And also a reason why I created bestofSeddit. I want to be able to come to Seddit and read some quality posts, not clutter my mind with newbie questions that belong in AskSeddit and could've been answered if they would read the FAQ and sidebar. I believe Seddit needs more moderators to help redirect these posts during the other end of the timezone. Or just more moderators in general since this is getting quite frustrating.

A slightly different insight to the thinking of men and women. Reminds me of Men are from Mars and Women are from Venus. However I do believe this study is only touching the surface and can more detailed. It is also more geared towards research and theory rather than practical usage in seduction. Nevertheless a good study for beginners to understand basic implications in understanding men and women. Bestof'd! EDIT: Shame how The_Turbinator stole this post blatantly from BZenMojo.

There are some misconceptions. I want to clarify that bestofSeddit works similary to /r/bestof to only highlight the best comments and posts from the reddit.com domain only, in our case /r/Seduction. Nevertheless, if there are seduction related posts out of the Seddit circle that is related, then it can go in. Purpose of this subreddit itself is to document and become a reference for Sedditors. The active posting still goes to /r/Seduction. Bestofreddit will only have discussion of the links ins…

Cheers. This subreddit is definitely more for reference, however that is the main idea. Active posting is for the main subreddit, while the best original posts by sedditors are put in /r/bestofseddit. People can just go through and read to their delight.
/r/seduction30/09/11 03:55 AM

Wouldn't http://www.reddit.com/r/seduction/top/ work? Definitely. However, the purpose of bestofseddit is for the best original articles made by sedditors. Not external links outside reddit.com. What are you trying to accomplish? Sorting by the Top posts in Seddit gives you all the best posts on Seddit. As stated above, /r/bestofseddit works similar to /r/bestof. Only posts from the reddit.com domain. Or as moderator there are you trying to be the one to decide what the best posts are in Seddit?…

I made this subreddit only for the quality articles made by sedditors in seddit (or reddit as a whole), such as how /r/bestof is. If you go to /r/bestofseddit, you will be able to immerse yourself with the quality articles and read to your delight. This idea itself sparked from your "How I Rebuilt Myself" post. Brilliant frame. The whole purpose based on seduction should be a win-win situation and aims towards a genuine you and your relationships. What specific examples can you give on how you communicate with her on her feelings? And moreso, yours?
/r/seduction29/09/11 01:27 PM

If she is complaining about something, don't validate it. Over time, she'll see you as weak, and not much more than a bitch buddy. Don't be afraid to call her out. Can you elaborate more on this? Examples and specific situations.

It's more of going deeper into it. Mystery's has primary principles like trying to be impressive etc. This makes people think that they need to brag and shit. But if you go deeper into it, by being an accomplished person that is humble and not showboating, that's what actually impresses people.

(NOTE: This advice might not apply to high schoolers) Haha funny thing is some people have low success with women during high school and when they get older they remember texting as a tool to chat up with women and get too carried on with texting, causing them to fail. I actually know a few guys that are asexual and in the community. They don't even care about getting laid or having someone. They used seduction as a way to learn social skills / confidence and to apply it to the business world. Perfect answer for people who think seduction is only about getting laid.

A very funny video, but the social message behind it also strikes a chord. For those who can relate to the weird facebook guys, do stop. Be a man and call, not stalk.

Yep. You gotta be in the zone and have that energy within you at all times. You can't just expect to approach a girl and turn on. It doesn't work that way. Outside clubs/bars, just keep talking to random strangers you meet—whether men, women, kids, pensioners, dogs—so when you actually see the girl you want, you're already confident and in the mood. Create the lifestyle.

You don't seem to understand. And again, it's not what you say, it's how you say it. This is a playful one-liner. It's witty. The smiley at the end also supports the playful vibe. Read the same message again without the smiley.

Yes as a teenager who used to do this, I second the motion. Nothing can beat physical bonding, no matter how good your online witty lines. Try to hold off your desire to text/call/chat too much. Make an effort to meet more.

I wouldn't text her while you work either. Project image of an intense, mature, working man while at work. Your job is difficult, and important. You ruin that by sending nonsense texts back and forth all day. I like this.

Yes. Pickup lines are bullshit. You gotta gather information and be charismatic. None of us are boring, we don't need to be something we're not. You don't have to be card-trick guy, or palm-reader man. What are you, a superhero?
/r/seduction25/07/10 06:46 AM

You're indulging this 18 year-old too much sire. Now for your question, it depends on what you want to achieve by learning The Game. I personally don't like clubs or bars, not interested with drunk girls. I'm only in this community to learn principles of an ALPHA male. How to be the confident guy. How I can use these principles to go enhance my life in all aspects—from relationships, friendships, career, etc. I want a long-lasting relationship, not just a one night stand. Hi is an opener. It's basically not what you open with, it's what you say after you've approached. Go with observation, see what she's doing or wearing. If she's large earring, comment on it and continue the conversation from there.
/r/seduction25/07/10 06:11 AM

Of course. The principles of seduction are merely geared towards women in bars and clubs. The problem is, most people who do routines aren't natural. They aren't being themselves. Pickup lines won't work if it doesn't go according to your own self. That's why David Wygant is my inspiration where he states, "Death to Pickup lines." Doesn't mean she doesn't like dominant men, she might not like the way the guy goes about with her. She can see through these guys who are basically dishonest in their…

Interesting. I was like this. Bubbly introvert I call it. You have to keep doing it. Conversation material can come out of nowhere. You basically have to keep doing it until you know what to say. It'll become second nature. Rule of thumb is to be observant. I've read about this conversational tip called Parroting, where you just repeat the last word/phrase of the conversation partner. E.g. A: I went to the mall yesterday and saw this big festival. B: Festival? A: Yeah, it was a Film Festival act…

What works for him might not work for you. We can't really judge the situation and the approach with just one example.
/r/seduction03/07/10 05:13 PM

In most cases, yes, it is irrelevant. But that's where it gets comfortable. It's direct. Just like when a girl asks you, "How tall are you?" (if you're shorter than average,) and you reply "172cm." Or "5 feet 8." You're not wishy-washy. Bang. Direct and confident. We're in an awkward moment and I'm not afraid to talk about it. But as a majority rule, sticking to the observational approach is more preferable. You need a better delivery and inner game for Wygant's approach.
/r/seduction03/07/10 05:03 PM

Here's a simile. When you were a kid, you didn't instantly go to high school right? You started from kindergarten, then elementary, and so on. You have to start from the beginning. It's just like approaching. If you're just starting, don't instantly go approach the HB's, you won't have enough knowledge and experience to. Start slow. Every-time you go out, randomly say hi or open a conversation with anyone—whether it's a waitress, or a garbageman, just say something. Don't stay quiet. I repeat, d…

It's basically what the OP said. You gotta change the mood by moving yourself and create surges of joy to pump you up. Try jumping around, screaming, sing gleeful songs, celebrate. Make everything meaningful. Don't stay quiet, life is beautiful, affirm yourself and be proud of what you are. Everyone is different with this approach, for some, they might yell, "HELL YEAH! or "FUCK THIS SHIT I'M GONNA BE CONFIDENT!" The thing is, you have to move your body.
