I generally agree about sumo for the record, I don't think it's particularly valuable (outside of powerlifting). RDL, SLDL, low rack pulls and all other close variations of conventional deadlift can be just as good imo

"deadlifts are an ego lift" When I say developed, I mean in terms of muscularity. Strength and hypertrophy training are not fundamentally different in my opinion. Show me someone who hasn't progressed their strength whose intent is hypertrophy, and I'll show you someone who hasn't made any significant progress 99 times out of 100. Ok, no one is telling you to deadlift. It's up to you. You're probably pretty small and weak though, and not deadlifting won't help

Yes it absolutely is but unless you take gear i very much doubt you will be able to reach the muscularity required for that

The average adult male should be able to pull 185 first time. If not, defintely within a month or two. Train harder and eat better
