When I brought this up in /r/gaming they pick apart small details that are "historically inaccurate" about a game like the type of gun used or being able to heal. I try to not bring up accuracy but immersion, respect (rarely used), and 'historical feel.' Also if someone brings up the historical accuracy false argument ask "we should also have dinosaurs, aliens, and time travel in a non-alternative history WWII shooter?"

Understood, but then that logic could transfer to nearly all taxes... which I mostly don't mind. Let me opt out of S.S. and medicare tax payments but I forfeit ever using them (less what I've already paid in), OR let me decide where my tax dollars go. Sidebar - Are you a land owner? Public schools are funded (near) solely, from property taxes. I don't believe non-land owners should be allowed to vote on school issues since they don't have to pay for it and will always vote to increase spending.
