Damn I've always had this feeling and you've just put it better than I could have.

I use to care so much about what I talked about that I would end up just being quiet and in the end that's worst that saying something weird or stupid, conversations are so much better for everyone involved when people are comfortable

My town is known for having shallow people, I've moved but still occasionally visit, and it's the same every time, my new town is bright, but still can't shake this mind frame

Eh, depends how much I'm working, maybe twice a week on average. Sometimes more sometimes less, but I guess that's be the average. So, yea, why are you asking lol

To be honest I guess you could consider me something like that, but I don't like labels, when really it wasn't a group of people convincing be this way. Right now I do actually focus on money more than love, but I completely see your point, and agree to some extent, I guess the point I'm most concerned about is seeing every women as being and acting the same way and I don't want to become jaded because of it.

I really like your comment, and can't pin point why, but I like the perspective. Thank you

I've read it a few times and think it's one hell of a book, but girls seem way to shallow to give a shit about genuine intentions, that's just my observation based on experience though

23, and I've been talking care of myself first for awhile now, it's just that girls in my hometown want absolutely nothing to do with me, I cannot tell why it's the girls here compared to everywhere else that are this way, but even in my new town I still feel like it's not worth the heartache dealing with this shit. At this point I'd rather lose my sexual drive than get laid

I don't have this problem, the problem is once I notice I girl show intrest I freeze up. I don't know why, I could have known them for weeks, months, but once they show a sign of interest, of affection, I shut down and it always makes them avoid me.

Perhaps, all I meant is that he has to impress you, not the other way around.

Just to add to the whole buyer seller thing. Imagine you are at a dealership looking at buying a car. You are the buyer in this situation and the salesmen is essentially the seller. Now would you really give a damn about what the salesmen thought about you? You're there to find a car not shoot the shit with the salesmen. Basically it's all about evaluating people, don't judge them, just evaluate, it definitely gives off the image that you are coming from the higher position.
