Their early podcasts were really good. But after about episode 10 or so, you shouldn’t waste your time.

You overcome fear of rejection by dealing with rejection over and over again. If you want to feel what it's like to be rejected a lot, do what I'm doing and apply to some jobs. This can serve as practice for you in between getting rejected by women.

Nobody can deny you look good in your physique. You're super lean and you have a great V taper, but your physique is so nice and your abs are the result of being so lean - not because they are well built. You're in such an ideal position for a looong as fuck bulk. You'd be so impressive at 200lbs even if you put on 6% body fat. Hit abs heavy and hard and frequently through your bulk to make them pop. You're lean enough to see your ab progress. Bulk slowly because although what I said is true, gi…

If you’re overwhelmed by too many of them, drop them or see them a lot less frequently.

Thanks. My biggest problem in social situations is making a lot of jokes.

Not OP but there is a woman who I am interested in and I just came out of an LTR. I am very rusty on all this but I discovered TRP halfway into my relationship. I obviously want to plate her and enjoy her company casually. What can I do to ensure that I am not in the situation OP is in? I don’t want to be seen as a wholesome guy and I want her to feel like if she wants an ltr from me, then she should be satisfying my sexual needs.

I don’t agree with your opinion on comedians, especially stand up comedians. If you have ever seen a comedian deal with a heckler then you would know that they have solid frame. Their entire routine resolves around their frame. They are not just something for cheap laughs.

Sounds like you’re doing fine then. Personally I don’t mind losing ab visibility for size because cutting comes very easy to me while putting on size requires more effort since my appetite isn’t naturally 3,600 calories (what I need to gain .5lbs a week). Naturally I am content with 2,200. I can shed and get my abs back in a month, which is usually how long I cut for. I can also run mini cuts to manage my body fat once it gets too high and prolong my bulk. If you’re in your first two years of li…

What do you define as losing your abs? I’ve been slow bulking since last August and I lost my abs in most lighting a couple months ago, but I can still see them when I flex in most lighting since I train them pretty frequently.

You have to bulk slowly.

The bigger I get the smaller I feel because the bigger I get the bigger I want to get.

I always push and pull with every interaction with someone in real social situations with them (not at the store with a cashier for example). But I spend a lot more time teasing them then I do pulling them. It’s just something I naturally do. It usually results in some pretty positive IOIs.

Oh I don’t disagree at all. There are things about him that I can see others find attractive. He definitely naturally holds frame and is very stoic and controlled and his body language is very masculine. He’s also naturally tan while I am white. Hah. He’s about 10 years older than me so I consider him a role model as well.

Same exact height. To me, more arm size and muscle mass = more sex appeal

I’ve considered that. Objectively I think I’m better looking than he is. But he has what looks to be 18 inch arms and mine are only ~16. He also doesn’t train anymore. So I have no idea how he maintains his size because even just running some cycles will still result in some gains lost if complete untrained.

I’m 6 ft. My goal at 175 was 200. I’m 10 lbs away now and I don’t think I’ll add too much size to my frame by then so I’ll probably push well past that and end up closer to 220 then start a cut. I feel smaller now than I did 20lbs ago.

I’m 190 now aiming to get to 210. I’m big by Normie standards and I get a fair amount of looks but when he is there they all go to him. He’s lucky he’s my friend but he knows it makes me crazy jealous and it’s a source of motivation to get bigger.

There’s one guy bigger than me in size at my current job. He gets all the attention.

Yeah, it’s not a huge priority for me right now either. Just something I’m looking forward to. I’m getting my physique in order first as I’m approaching the end of my current bulk to 200 and then gonna cut. Don’t really want to be banging chicks until I’m leaner. Not to say I’m fat or anything. Just very self critical about my physique.

Thanks for your perspective. Makes sense. Just got out of a 4 year relationship and discovered TRP halfway through so I’m eager to spin plates and put these into practice with new women.

I was under the impression that it was best to keep plates away from each other and not within the knowledge of each other, despite being open and honest about intentions. I don’t have social media either but I would like the women I see to know with proof that I have others.

Not OP - I understand and agree 100% with this - it's completely logical, but how do you display this to her? Let her see a notification on your phone from another chick?

In my past relationship I had troubles dealing with indecisiveness (rooted in not having preferences for minor things like where to eat) and not taking the lead. I had trouble identifying how. I still do. I strongly believed these two things resulted in her loss of interest. I have made peace with that and am working on changing that.

I find it easier to watch my pitch and keep it low if I speak in a monotone voice, which is how I normally speak anyway.

You get alerted when your girl calls another guy sweet? I'd understand if she said "big" or something similar in a muscular size context, but sweet is a bit of an "okay that's cool" default response from me.

Were you watching too much incest porn? Who rates their sister an HBanything?

Lmao. I get the question is a little dumb but you hear all the time here, talk slow. What is slow?

If that's it, that's what I do. Not on purpose, though. I just naturally have a monotone voice.

Can you be more specific about your tonality and dominating them through that? I feel like I do the same thing, but I'm not really sure. What kind of tonality do you have when speaking to someone with this purpose?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
