I wish her moving out was that simple as her mother lives with us too so can’t kick them both out- although that’s what they’ve tried to do to me. Just need to protect my boys and get it sold but honestly, each day is like a f*cking nightmare. Thanks for your support man, appreciate it

Reading all of this and all of the comments and having a bunch of ‘oh sh*t’ moments, but this comment hit the most as I have had anything from the last year to the whole 10 year relationship being rewritten since she said she wanted to split in march. Completely agree. 4 months since my wife said she wanted to split. Made it all my fault despite years of worsening alcohol abuse on her side that I do all I can to try and support to help her to beat. Genuinely love the woman and would have run through fire for her. Last 6 months got so much worse with her drinking, abuse, threats, stuff in front of the kids that became worse.
