It's diagnosed a lot more often than it used to be and what alot of the seemingly more "normal" people who are autistic have more or less what used to be called Asperger's. Alot of the symptoms involve issues with not reacting to stimulus properly and over/under reacting to it. That and usually poor social skills from a lack of being able to pick up social ques or being interested in social interactions. Honestly the Sheldon Cooper character on Big Bag theory is good example of what high functio…

You are right about them not noticing, I sure as hell wouldn't notice and even if I did I wouldn't give a shit unless it started to look like harassment. I tend to move at the pace of a glacier when it comes to dating because it takes me awhile to warm up to someone. When I was younger there would be times I would interact with a girl several times before it would actually occur to me that I found her attractive. Problem is the numbers game works against me pretty hard and I've missed several cl…

I think one of the better ways of going about asking a retail/hospitality person out is building some social proof/rapport with the staff. I work retail and we mostly see customers as mindless drones and go through the same conversation routines over and over. If you have a couple meaningful conversations with some of the staff you can kind of break the veil and become an actual person who matters. It becomes less likely to come acrossed as creepy and you benefit from being seen as an actual hum…

I think the 1-10 scale isn't really a good metric unless you are trying to find a group consensus on how attractive someone is, which is why I think it's used so much even though it's pretty trash. I think the 0-1 is probably how most people work. If someone were a 7 and that's a yes in your book then 8-10 aren't going to be any more of yes.

I agree. I usually think most people can at most + or - 3 points from their baseline physical characteristics if they do everything they can to look better and be healthier.

I definitely think if you can quickly tell that the worst likely outcome of a choice is only an inconvenience it's worth it to just make a choice and stick with it. Or in the specific case even if she was upset about taking the long route you can easily turn that into a positive by saying you are taking the scenic route or something to that affect.

I feel you there, I try my hardest to block the channels that I use just as mindless filler and only use it on things that actually add value to me in some way. It's unfortunate that a site with such an enormous amount of useful free content is also filled with so much garbage.

Are there any youtube channels you recommend? There seems to be a lot of BS and people trying to sell their book/course in the niche and I haven't really come acrossed a channel where I trust the guy talking.

Knowing your reactions to different substances is important. Me personally I become a vegetable if I consume Weed/THC it's definitely ruined an opportunity or two at actually getting laid. Things are going good she's at my apartment we smoke she's ready to move further along and then there's me who's so high off of one tiny hit I can't move.

The last paragraph is important for just life in general. I think the best way to use drugs is to try to do them in limited high value situations and try to learn something from it. Being drunk by yourself as an introvert/being Socially anxious you most likely aren't going to do anything outside of your comfort zone. Like what's the point of being drunk and watching a dumb show when you could do that sober. I spent about a year on SSRIs in my late teens and while I didn't really like being on th…
