Eh, not so much. Just bc it's not blatantly obvious doesn't mean it's not there. Cocaine abounds. Most of the successful people I know do cocaine a handful of times a year. It's the wonder drug if you want to party but you've been working all day.

I think you handled it fine as long as you didn't make a big deal of it. The key thing here is "no big deal." If you had said you didn't care and then when she persists just looked and said "meh, they look good." and then shrugged it off then the same response is conveyed. I try to make it apparent that I can recognize beauty in women still without being disloyal.
