4	Gaylubeoil's 3 Iron Rules Of Iron Lifting hooks for the pull ups are a good old dude/injured work around. Position them high up the wrist and tight so they don't put pressure around the sides of the hand where it meets the wrist as you pull. Reposition between sets if needed.
