1	One key flaw - Being a white male People shouldn't have to choose someone off of their race or gender. Thats still racism and sexism, no matter whether theyre underrepresented or not. People should be chosen or hired for positions based on their skill. If the most skilled bank governor was a Muslim black woman, great!
