A) you're right, but that's irrelevant. It still reduces HIV infection spread regardless of where you are. B) neo-natal circumcision is easier and safer. C) i just cited three studies that no. just because one society doesn't recommend it doesn't mean they are right. Some organizations think the rapture was going to happen today. it's not purely cosmetic surgery because there are health benefits to circumcision including cleanliness and reduction in STD (HIV virus) spreading. Furthermore, it increases sexual fitness. But assuming it is just cosmetic surgery, your argument is invalid because there are many surgeries performed on infants for cosmetic reasons. that same study also claims that "use of condoms is associated with higher HIV prevalence, both overall and for men and women separately." Clearly this was a correlational study and not an experiment, which of course cannot prove causation at all. Any study that claims condom use increases HIV infection rate is bogus.

ummm....obviously you don't have any idea how STDs are spread. If everyone used a condom there wouldn't be STDs, right? So obviously we want people to use condoms, but they don't always for some reason. Circumcision has been proven to reduce spread of HIV significantly. It's just another tool to fight the battle against STDs. And as I said, circumcised men have longer and better sex than uncircumcised men according to many articles. So it's beneficial to both the man and woman having sex.

Circumcision is healthy and beneficial. It's cleaner, reduces the risk of STD spreading, and actually has been shown to increase sexual fitness. You feeling raped is a psychological issue that you should bring to a doctor.

I agree with this. It's not discrimination if it's based on statistical data. Insurance companies "discriminate" against all sorts of people, including smokers, old people, young people, and even stupid people (good grade discounts). It has nothing to do with hating men or women.

I would ignore her and not talk to her. Imagine if she was blatantly racist and you are black. She walks in the room and calls you a nigger and slave. Do you just stand there and take it? I never understood this myself. I also always wondered why the major was called "women's and gender studies" Instead of just "gender studies." Or, if they are going to call the major that, they should have a separate men's studies major I suppose.
