4	21 YO Virgin Depression and other bad feeling that come from stopping porn or other addictive things (video games) are feeling and thoughts that you have to work through and fix, it's part of the process. You can't keep compressing them. If everytime you try to stop watching porn, u become depressed and then go back to watching, well... You are not really improving anything. You say you feel sluggish and you train 5-6 times a week, so maybe your body isn't really healing completely(over training) so cut down lifting to 4 days and do low intensity (long walk for Exemple) on rest days.
