Ukrainian border guards arresting draft-eligible men trying to flee and congratulating them with the international women's daySorry if my last comment came off as slightly aggressive. You are right, wars aren't clean by any stretch of the imagination. But there is a difference between professional soldiers, who signed up for the army, fighting a war and ordinary civilians, who just wanted to flee the war, being forced to fight. Sadly, in a lot of countries, even Western democracies, civilians would be forced to fight in a war. | /r/MensRights | 10/03/22 09:17 AM
Ukrainian border guards arresting draft-eligible men trying to flee and congratulating them with the international women's dayConscription is only not internationally recognized as a war crime because it would be inconvenient for literally all countries on the planet. Things currently recognized as war crimes were normal for example in the Middle Ages. Conscripting children is already considered a war crime, so why not adults? It's forcing civilians to participate in a war they wanted to run from - it's slavery. They are very likely to die or be captured by enemy forces during the war and get separated from their famil… | /r/MensRights | 09/03/22 06:57 AM
Ukrainian border guards arresting draft-eligible men trying to flee and congratulating them with the international women's dayIt's weird to realize that the Ukrainian government commits war crimes (let's call this what it is) against ordinary Ukrainian citizens when it's so universally praised in my countries media. Russian war crimes are much worse, but that is no justification for the war crimes done by the Ukrainian government. | /r/MensRights | 08/03/22 06:59 PM
It's unfair and depressing watching a 40 year old perfectly healthy woman leave the country while im 18 and male and because im male im forced to stay behind and die - my ukraine friendIt's the ultimate redpill. A decent part of the population (almost 40%) is forbidden from leaving the country, which puts them in direct danger. In the media, complete silence. You only see pretty photos of refugees, you don't see the men who died because they couldn't leave. Imagine the outrage if this was gender-neutral (all adults 18-60). Zelensky would then be an evil human rights violator according to the media. I'm not saying he isn't, because he is also partially responsible for those dea… | /r/MensRights | 04/03/22 11:38 AM
r/AgainstHateSubreddit, the hypocrisy.Everyone knows they're delusional and pull their "hate speech" out of their asses. They're known for spreading child pornography on subreddits whose content they don't like to get them banned. Don't give them attention, don't go there and downvote+hide posts from AHS on the front page. If appropriate, also report, typically for harassing or inciting violence (Reddit rule). The admins won't do anything in 99% of cases, but it's worth to try. | /r/MensRights | 23/04/21 08:35 PM
An Admin admitting that Rule 1 of bullying, harassment, inciting violence, and promoting hate does not apply to White people or Men.Didn't they originally actually put something like that into the rule (does not apply to white people and men, worded as "majority") and only removed it when they got backlash from a part of the userbase? So basically they still go by the older discriminatory Rule 1. The removal was only symbolic, to stop the backlash. | /r/MensRights | 14/04/21 05:14 AM
