Things currently recognized as war crimes were normal for example in the Middle Ages. Conscripting children is already considered a war crime, so why not adults? It's forcing civilians to participate in a war they wanted to run from - it's slavery. They're known for spreading child pornography on subreddits whose content they don't like to get them banned. Don't give them attention, don't go there and downvote+hide posts from AHS on the front page. If appropriate, also report, typically for harassing or inciting violence (Reddit rule).
