So the fundamental concept of men deciding to abstain from dating is not misogynistic. Completely understandable in this day and age, honestly. The "MGTOW" community, however, is absolutely misogynistic. I followed the subreddit before it got banned and good lord the posts and comments were vile. For a community that wants to emphasise self improvement and decentering women, they sure did spend most of their time talking about how "awful" women are... Anyway, I assume that's what the wikipedia p…

Err, why does it mention white males specifically? Can't black male teachers act as role models too? Really bizarre wording there.

That subreddit bans you if you even remotely challenge any of their arguments, lmao.

You're inferring that a bachelor degree is of lesser value because just over half of college students are women? How on Earth did you arrive at that conclusion? Really though, bachelor degree's have a lesser value because significantly more people are attending university than ever before. And naturally, the more people who have bachelor degrees, the less valuable they become.

Well yeah, no shit. A pet dog doesn't exactly have a choice what it eats, and most owners won't feed their dogs foods high in fat and sugar.

I don't have anything against the MGTOW mindset. Foregoing romantic relationships going forward has a number of benefits. The subreddit itself is filled with sexism though. So much so that a new subreddit had to be made /r/mgtow2

Shower thought: Male and female relationships will continue to exist in abundance for the rest of human life because women have more value than just providing sex. Seriously, this shit is not helping men's rights. Comments like this are just blatant misogny that you'd expect to see on /r/braincels or /r/MGTOW. When people come to this subreddit and see shit like this being upvoted, it gives this sub a bad name.

A religion? An ideology? You wouldn't say criticising Christianity is racist, would you? There are many Muslims of varying backgrounds. African, European, Southeast Asian, etc. Just like the varying backgrounds of Christians. In this case the attack would be considered Islamaphobic, as the shooter specifically targetted muslims.

I wouldn't take them seriously. They're just misandrists. The subreddit picture even says so.

What's also interesting is to note how rare shootings are in the United Kingdom, Australia, and other countries with nearly identical laws. You mentioned how criminals still had access to firearms whilst regular law abiding citizens do not. Would this situation not be reflected by a massive increase in gun related attacks? That would be the logical conclusion, yet that isn't the case. Very curious indeed. It's almost as if the reduction in firearm related attacks can be correlated to stricter gu…

Why was it even necessary for God to impregnate her? According to the lore, God's abilities allow him to create anything he wants. He literally could have just created a baby by himself without the need of Mary.

I doubt they'll care. The only person negatively affected by this "symbolism" would be yourself.

Are you seriously comparing polygamy to paedophilia? Open relationships don't hurt anybody. It's their choice, after all. They're consenting adults. Let them date who they want. Paedophilia, however, does hurt people. It can scar a person for life. It does so much damage that there's no fucking way governments would allow for it to happen.

I hate having to ask women to move their shit off of otherwise free seats in trains, but I do it anyway because I'm not a snowflake. People shouldn't be wasting seats by placing things on them anyway. That's just a dick move.

I'm sure most of these "incest" porn videos are fake, and that the actors aren't actually related. They're just playing characters, and I think most of the viewers know that. Also, you're crazy if you believe they'll allow Paedophilia.

Yes if there's a lack of spaces to sit. Otherwise, it doesn't really matter.

I'm a male, and I can't say I've ever had an issue sitting with my legs together. I actually find it to be more comfortable. Am I just an outlier here?

Now I haven't really looked into it, but wasn't Boogie dating/married to her when he had basically nothing? I just ask because I vaguely remember him saying something like that, but I honestly can't remember.

I wouldn't be surprised if they did this purely for media attention and to highlight how "progressive" they are.

What makes you say that it's well written? I thought there were a lot of issues. Like a lot of the events listed on the tapes being super small and insignificant, or how everybody acts like Clay is the bad guy for no fucking reason whatsoever. "Just wait until you get to your tape" was uttered many times throughout the show, and everybody acted super ambiguous about it. And of course, you can't forget the filler like Clay taking a break from the narrative to go ride his bike for 90% of the show.…

Game doesn't include other races and or female characters: "OMG, WE NEED A MORE DIVERSE RANGE OF CHARACTERS" Game includes a diverse set of characters, including multiple races and women: "OMG, THEY AREN'T ADDRESSING GENDER AND RACIAL ISSUES" You just can't win with these people. Holy shit.
