My guess here is what they mean is, say you consent to sex, and then he just starts like trying to shove a bear bottle in you (which has happened), or insists on anal, etc. He gets more forceful with it, that kind of thing. I guess my point is, the ruling (the way I take it) is to get rid of the old stigma against rape victims who were willingly with the person up to a point. 1	Doonsebury implicitly denies the existence of male victims of rape and sexual assault in the US military ...I don't think you quite understand the meaning of the word "implicitly". Also, for those claiming that more men are raped than women, while this is true (without question), you're using stats based purely on numbers rather than percentage (ie, a number of women raped vs not:number of men raped vs not stat).
