In my opinion a parent should lose custody if they are purposely being uncooperative.

The problem is the Canadian Bar Association and Feminist groups are gearing up to oppose this legislation. We can't back down, and have to keep up the pressure to get this passed.

This enactment amends the Divorce Act to replace the concept of “custody orders” with that of “parenting orders”.
