Pushing for commitment from friends with benefits is always a bad idea. Ya and increasing your self confidence plays a big role here. By that i mean working out, playing a sport even talking to random strangers. Because these things will help you improve constantly. When I am sick or recovering from a hangover I play video games cause I can't be assed to do anything else.
