2	My Journey I believe I lost sight of myself a week or two back and I’m just starting to get into my old routines and behaviour. I think my problem was, I fell head over heels for a girl that wanted to change who I am and that’s how I lost sight. Now getting back to gym, my mornings and evening routines I’m feeling so much better. The mental and physical states both improved So a big shoutout to you as well my dude.
