Most of the colleges here teach for 5 or 6 hours a day, 4 days in a week, with a minimum 75℅ attendance necessary. So there's not really a choice as to attend less or more. I've seen two innocent people that I know of, being falsely accused of rape and thrown in jail. The justice system is so slow in India that you'll be stuck in jail for years, no matter how much of proof you have.
