My favorite is with a quality coconut milk instead of cows milk. It brings in the oils that the peanut butter powder need for the right mouth feel. 14 grams of protein from the yogurt and 8 from the peanut butter powder for ~220 calories is a great source. The only problem is its easy to eat too much!

Yeaaaah but that percentage of girls is extremely small. If you really don't want to add mass join cross fit, start running, swimming, hiking etc.. Exercise has many benefits beyond looking good for a potential partner and almost invariably helps in finding one. Some people find the body builder physique unattractive, but if you don't currently exercise, working out will also make you more attractive to almost every girl.

The problem with asking for a hired guns phone number is it immediately puts her on the spot. She has to decide right then or there whether to say yes or no, if yes lie or tell the truth. I agree with you. But wanted to comment specifically about stand up and depression. It frequently draws in depressed people who think if "I can make other people laugh, I'll be happy." So I usually try because I find I learn a lot about her. If we have really good chemistry and it happens, great. If we have really good chemistry and she shuts me down, great. If we have mediocre chemistry and she shuts me down, good for her for not giving in. I may even be more interested in her now.
