I agree. Even just talk therapy. I am thinking that if he is able to shift his mindset, he could see his charachter traits as assets rather than deficiencies. That is what would really help in the long run. I don't know I might be way out to lunch, but going off the post those are my thoughts.

Yes. A radical action is better than a suicide. However you are going from contemplating suicide into a demographic which, statistically speaking, has a 40% suicide rate. That is going into the wrong direction. Ps. It seems to me that he thinks his life would be easier as a woman. Whether or not that is true I don't know.

There is a book that I want to read that may help you. Think and grow rich by Napoleon Hill. If I remember correctly, it helps you shift your thinking to see your unique qualities as assets and use them in life. I feel like that might help you a lot.
