The don't think that maybe -- just maybe -- your image might be a little biased? Consider that, in the image, the girl is strong, intelligent, and emotionally stable, whereas the boy is vulnerable, burdened, and emotionally neglected.

In the first three examples, the girl is clearly the superior person. She is strong, intelligent, and emotionally stable. The boy, on the other hand, is vulnerable, burdened, and emotionally shunned. The fourth is a valid enough point. The fifth tries to touch on the fact that girls are socially expected to enjoy things such as EZ-Bake ovens, but the fact is that nobody is going to get upset if a girl doesn't.
