From what i see, in Korea it's usually for the money. Especially if you're famous. Because in korea, people usually settle for out of court settlement which means a lot of $$$. It's kind of like the michael jackson case where they settle out of court because trails in korea take very long to be concluded (usually a couple of years) which means lawyer fees are more expensive and stuff.

That's why korea law system is a joke at the moment. The females who falsely accuse men always get away with shit like this. Doesn't matter if you're innocent. Their media also only covers the victims story but never the end result (which is usually the men being falsely accused) because it doesn't drive their narrative. Especially in recent years where the feminist movement is rising in korea. (Their feminists are the feminazis of america)

I commented about how my friend suffered from a false accusation and someone commented had the nerve to bring up the topic of females. As far as i know from what I've seen, if you sign the birth certificate, you would have to pay child support. If you don't want to pay it you have to get a lawyer to settle this. Do tell me if I'm incorrect on this information though!

This warms my heart. I've seen multiple men who were falsely accused and couldn't do anything but stand by their side and support them. I hope this makes some females realise that their actions leads to consequences.
