Calorie counting is the best way to lose weight. If I eat a shit ton of food on paleo, keto or whatever fad diet comes up next, then I’m going to gain weight. Eat less then your body needs a day and you will lose weight guaranteed

Except cutting carbs out is stupid. You can and should eat carbs, the good kind and within moderation. Calorie counting does work, but most people are too lazy to count correctly or are dishonest with themselves. If it didn’t work then Nautral bodybuilders wouldn’t do it, and neither would pros (who presumably use steroids) I’ve used calorie counting tons of times in the past and have always had great results.

You’re probably going to get downvoted for saying that but I agree with you. Cut out all sugary drinks and snacks. Go to the gym and do 45 minutes of weights and 30 minutes of cardio and live an active lifestyle. You won’t be shredded or look like an Instagram model but as far as being healthy is concerned, you’ll be in better shape then others However, if you are at a very heavy weight, (like obese) then it is necessary to calorie count and lose that weight ASAP

I calorie count and have competed in bodybuilding shows, carbs are your friend if you use them correctly, the problem is people eat shit one like fries and chips. Oats, spelt bread, Ezekiel bread are all good for you. Coupled with leafy greens and some lean proteins and it’s fine.

Give me a fucking break Her texts pushed him to suicide. But does that mean she killed him? Yes. Yes it does. And she deserves to be charged with a crime for that.

It’s not restricted by gender. Incel literally means they can’t get laid. Feminist use it as a way to make guys look bad.

I’m sorry I’m doubled over laughing at their quotes. No guy needs sex, sure some want it but I’m way more interested in money, cars and my career.

I really feel like a lot of women on there think guys are stupid. One post said if he insists that you pay keep saying loudly how he has no money. Like that’s going to make him pay more? It just makes the woman look foolish and bitter. Also guys literally do not need girls, I could literally never date nor marry and I’d be much more wealthy. I have marketable skills, I’m an engineer and I make good money, I suspect a lot of guys on here do well also. Those girls don’t even know/want to pay for t…

What the hell does that even mean? Gender based discrimination? Like how would they be discriminated against by literally being charged like anyone else would for filing multiple wrong police reports, defamation, and a whole slew of other crimes?

The only safe space we had, GameStop, is going out if business too. But in all seriousness, it’s because men are supposed to “man up” It sucks and there needs to be changed. Unfortunately feminism has set us back in trying to fix that.

I wish people like these would stop using everything a white man made and see how much they think white men are a threat. If these feminist hate men stop using everything that men built.

Idk if this is a bad thing or not but if sex robots got to the point where they were so realistic like the video game Detroit become human, I’d think I’d probably want a sex robot lol

You can find a lot of videos online for free. But you have to be careful of which site you use. Tbh nothing at the box office has been good and I’ve been enjoying a lot of the older movies. The only movie I’ve enjoyed in the past year has been Madea family funeral lol.

Actually funny story about that, before I got super sick and hospitalized I was training and switching back to offseason mode. So at that point I was still extremely lean but I was getting awesome pumps from the food intake. A lady at the gym said that I was embarrassing her and other females at the gym because I was wearing a muscle shirt and I was “too strong and lean for this gym”. Now this wasn’t my normal gym I normally go to (it was an Anytime Fitness), but I didn’t change shirts and said …

I can’t even get one girl to pay attention to me at college. Maybe because I actually love what I do and don’t want that to get in the way. At any rate I’m unpopular and I’m okay with that.

Reverse the roles, and people would be pissed at the guy but there would be no outcry at a woman who does this. On top of that, after all the flak on manspreading and being a gentleman for women; who treat men like crap in return it pretty shitty.

The one that speaks to me is the one where the guy is leaning against the names of his fallen brothers. A couple years ago they flew out my grandpa’s and a few other’s VFW post to Washington DC for them to see the monuments. (Many were in their late 80’s early 90’s) and many would never be able to see this again. I couldn’t keep it together and neither could they. A lot were looking for names of their friends and some family even. Not a dry eye. Boys will be boys.
