Honestly, 12 years is a long time and it’s gonna be hard but LEAVE. You will never be satisfied with him, the sex is bad, he does not communicate properly, he seems immature and you seem to have outgrown him. Don’t be a forever girlfriend just because he is nice. Being nice is not a personality trait, it’s a basic requirement. LEAVE. You will get the opportunity to meet new people, learn new hobbies and grow so much. There is so much more out there.

Lmao I’m crying. First, it’s a stretch for him to consider himself ‘attractive’. Second, he missed a very important fact that black women are now dating other races more so he is in-fact, not the price. Third, I don’t know what statistics he is throwing around but he obviously has not met black African men, even in America with everything he just mentioned and more.

I’m just shook that she’s asking if she’s OVERREACTING and hasn’t said anything yet. I can’t understand cause I would lose my shit right there and then!!! Ridiculous

I’m a little worried that you’re classifying a man you haven’t actually met and only been speaking to for 4 months that’s a whole country away as a HVM. Be careful, take it slow and really get to know this man

I’m in STEM as a data analyst. Very male dominated, I only work with males. It’s one of those things where I’ve just accepted defeat and I network with men only because that’s what’s available, I go out to happy hours, bowling and other activities as that’s the best way to network outside of work. It’s working for me so far.

Had this happen to me. His profile said he was an architectural engineer, turned out he’s a college drop out that works in construction

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
