India. I was into the men's rights movement back in 2014-16. That's how i found my way to the redpill and these subreddits. Honestly it doesn't affect me, but i do worry about my future children. India, like many South and East Asian countries are westernising rapidly. And we know it's an irreversible process.

Wow! Exactly how i feel. My gf and I met at 19 almost 5 years ago and feel the same, planning to get married soon. If everything is almost perfect, why go looking for anything else? I feel this is the ideal scenario. Life is so much easier.

Lots of people have those conversations and a vast majority feel some levels of jealousy. There's nothing wrong with feeling like you're being treated worse than a previous partner. That's all my point is. You're obviously free to have your preference for men who don't care at all about that.

People are complex. A lot of men consider sex their love language. When they realise they're not attractive enough or worthy enough for their wives to share something they previously shared with another person they considered worthy, would feel emasculating for a guy. If i took a swing at another analogy, some women might not like a husband/partner who would not go down on THEM but have done it freely with previous partners. Human beings are complex and sexuality can evoke strong emotions. Peopl…

I guess you may not appreciate the analogy then. Fair enough. My point is, if a husband(or wife) feels like his/her sexual needs are not being met, that's a perfectly valid feeling. How they handle it is upto the couple.

Maybe the guy doesn't want to spend his money indiscriminately on girlfriends anymore. Maybe he changed his mind. Clearly we have established that each relationship is different and have different boundaries. Why does the new girlfriend care what he bought the old one when they were together in the past? Past is right, right?

I'm not living in the west. I know for a fact that won't happen. Divorce rate in my country is 2%. I trust her. I'll take my chances.

Let's put it this way. Imagine if your husband was rich and used to spend lavishly on his ex and buy her expensive gifts. Yet he is extremely frugal and avoidant about spending any money on you. I would be right that a lot of women would be livid. Seeing his ex drive around in the car your husband bought her while you can't even get a decent anniversary gift from him. There's nothing weird and gross about having needs, which are more complex than vanilla sex once every 3 weeks when your partner …

It's much harder. A vast majority of men don't have casual sex, atleast in most places.

Hypocrisy. Having a low n count is desirable in women for many men. A lot of "Chads" don't really respect the women they pick up from bars and have drunken sexual escapedes with. Which is why, women should also vet a man's sexual history, his past relationships, infidelity, likelihood to get drunk and lose inhibitions etc.

Sex is important to a lot of people. It's not "Eww" to expect reciprocity. Nobody wants to be in a sexless marriage or one where only missionary happens once a month. Especially if they know their girl was wild in college, having wild sex with no name losers. I think it's a completely justified feeling to be angry at this. Obviously, the solution is either to try new stuff together consensually or seperate.

Im with my college girlfriend, 5 years on. We plan to get married this year. I don't claim to be a relationship guru and my relationship isn't perfect, but we're pretty happy. We're still love sick couples who talk for hours on end about our lives every day, have great sexual chemistry and plan to spend our lives together. We communicate very well and have our priorities in order. It does help we're both financially well off, she's a doctor and I'm in big Tech. We're also the same age and Indian…

Agreed that it's obviously not 50-50 in terms of risk factor, women are more in danger from a partner. However, we should not talk about DV from women as just "bites and scratches", there is already a stigma around a man who is seriously hurt by a partner. Just my 2 cents.

For context: I'm Indian and live in India. Our divorce rate is 1 or 2% compared to 30-40% of the US. I do agree that if i were living in a culture with a high divorce rate, I'd look at the issue quite differently. Even then, college educated high income couples in the US regardless of ethnicity have a SIGNIFICANTLY lower divorce rate. She's a doctor and i work in Big Tech. And most of all, I KNOW for a fact that we're both on the same page. We've been together for 5 years, since we were both tee…

Social media brought me together with my girlfriend, where both of us intend to spend the rest of our lives together. It's not social media, it's the "me-me-me" instant gratification culture. Not everyone is affected by it. Find yourself someone who's a good person and shares your values. They're not super rare.

Makes sense. It's like FDS for men. Selfish manipulative dating tactics.

My story: I found the love of my life at 19. We were each other's first of everything. We met on Facebook in an MBTI group(of all the places 😂) and it has been the most amazing 5 years of my life. We were always open and communicated our feelings very well. It was a mutual feeling, we knew we wanted to spend our lives together. Travel the world together, make memories, babies(maybe), build a life together, grow old together. I think the answer to your question is yes, me and a lot of people i kn…

That's so horrible. Red pillers cry about single mothers being an epidemic but still go about life like that. Ridiculous. Hope you're doing much better in your love life than that guy. 🙌

Having one relationship is not utopian, just not common. I know a lot of college sweethearts and even a few highschool sweethearts who got married and are happy together.

I would not classify all of them as bad people. It's basically the male version of FDS. Good intentions but really terrible ideology.

I'm just giving you context on why the other guy brought it up. Not sure why you're attacking me. Anyway, peace.

I remember reading a statistic that women are more likely to use weapons like kitchen knives or use poison. Point is, women CAN do serious damage depending on where the attack is. Even a baseball bat to the head can be fatal. I've talked to men who have serious or permanent injuries from their ex-partners.

Well, A poor guy lamenting that his options for a used car are narrow and a multi millionaire lamenting that his options for a supercar are limited are VERY different. Do they both have a similar dilemma? Yes. Are they equal in any other way? No.

KillAllMen was a really popular trend with radfems around 2014-15 if i remember correctly. This was around the time Roosh V and A Voice For Men were still relevant.

I'm assuming your definition of healthy space is very warped (speaking as a moc). Men get to define what's a healthy space. I'm not supporting the hateful subs like TRP or FDS though.

We're talking millions of women here since 10% of women in the US is a HUGE number. That does cause a significant impact in society. You're right, I was conflating two different statistics. But male virginity is at 27%, doubled from a decade ago. Female virginity is still lower than for men, but not by 10% but 2-3%. I suppose, the men do have sex in a commited relationship that obviously happens in their 20s but a consistent supply of sex ( past 12 months ) is still skewed. Source

The point is not about the numbers, but rather the disparity in the numbers.

Sorry if I wasn't clear. I meant women's violence is NOT less deadly. Atleast the potential for being deadly is the same.

/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/22 02:55 PM

It would surprise you that a lot of mainstream red pillers, atleast till a few years ago are all married or in LTRs.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/22 02:31 PM

I thought red pillers were traditionalists? I'm not involved enough in that community to know what the general sentiment is. Aren't they mostly right wing?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/22 02:30 PM

Are you excusing FDS there? I agree that they're similar. (Of course!) but this narrative of women have it worse (atleast talking about dating and relationships) is ridiculous. Getting used can mean a lot of things, some life altering and traumatizing.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/22 02:28 PM

To be fair, birth rates are dropping drastically. The western world is far below replacement( 2.1 babies/couple ). Even somewhere like China or India(Where I'm from) believe it or not are below or just near replacement levels. Age of marriage worldwide is going up and never married is normalised. Population IS dropping. Whether that's a good or bad thing is still hotly debated. Elon Musk just recently said the most dangerous risk for humanity is low birth rates. (Only Africa still has a very hig…

Red pill is just information. "There are a lot of f***Bois" is information. What you do with it is upto you. A lot of people become bitter, not the fault of information.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/22 01:52 PM

Depends. It's technically just information. Women have mating strategies just like men do. The information is there, sadly too many people get bitter about it, i was once too.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/22 01:48 PM

Yes we're all individuals but there are society wide patterns. Women prefer taller men. Is that incorrect? Should we not say it because a small minority of women are fine with shorter men?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/22 01:44 PM

Absolutely. It's not just an India problem, many Indian laws are of British origin. British rape laws are much worse than US laws for men, they don't acknowledge women as perpetuators.

I agree. Reading FDS felt like a parallel universe to the manosphere that i was once involved in. Puts things into perspective. I still think the ideas of TRP can potentially help you spot a bad woman or save you a lot of heartbreak and trouble. I think some of the FDS guidelines are common sense too. The echo chamber of hate is the problem and anyone heavily involved in these forums are sus.

It might be true for older men with money, But young male virginity is at an all time high. 28% of American men are virgins under age of 30, while it's 18% of women who are virgins at that age range. The numbers even out after mid 30s. So who are these 28 - 18 = 10% of women sleeping with? The study does not go into this, but logically the answer is older men or top 10% of men with looks and game. EDIT: the numbers aren't about virginity but rather "haven't had sex in past 12 months". Male virgi…
